Esteem Self Defence Lisburn is a welcoming, practical self defence club for adults and teens who want to feel safer, stronger, and more confident in everyday life.

Based at Lisburn Racquets Club, our classes are taught by experienced instructors with over a decade of teaching experience in the Lisburn area. We focus on realistic self defence – the kind that works under pressure, not just in a gym.

Classes are fast-paced but always supportive. You’ll build fitness, confidence, and skills that really work to keep you safe.

Every Lisburn class follows a proven curriculum: realistic self defence for real-world situations. You’ll learn striking, grappling, ground skills, and how to defend against common weapons and multiple attackers.

Class timetable Lisburn
  • Monday: 7:30 – 9pm

  • Wednesday: 7 – 8:30pm

  • Saturday: 10:30am-12pm

Getting Started

Wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers, and bring water. No experience or fitness level required – we’ll help you improve from wherever you’re starting.
